Good morning everyone and welcome to Friday's Furniture Fix. …I can't wait for Fall, how about you? Spending some time visiting family in Canada so I am grateful for Susie for holding up the fort! As a result we are extending the linkup for a few weeks… Can't wait to see what you have for us so linkup your latest furniture makeovers...

CONGRATS TO OUR FEATURES…

Black coffee table with mahogany top via FFF from A Junk Chick Life | www.thechelseaproject.com
If ever you thought a piece of furniture was too far gone, Paige at A Junk Chick Life, will change your mind. The gouges in the top of this table were some of the worst I'd ever seen. The restoration story will bless your heart.

Fabric panelled tarva dresser makeover via FFF from Anika's DIY Life | www.thechelseaproject.com
Then you'll want to stop by Anika's DIY Life and see how a plain IKEA chest got this amazing updo.  Anika added wood to provide weight and dimension and fabric to the drawer fronts. Then she shares a little secret for doing a quick change of color on the hardware.

Peach chest with bird wallpaper inside via FFF from Painted | www.thechelseaproject.com
Moving on to one of the High Gloss Girls, a loving nickname I have for about 3 of our sweet blogger contributors. is this amazing peach chest that is lined with wallpaper.  Notice, too, the lucite rod with brass hardware. Kayla of Painted is known for her perfect high gloss finishes and exquisite attention to detail. The photos on her blog really show off the finish.

White chest with a planked top via FFF from Red Painted Cottage | www.thechelseaproject.com
And the last feature this week is this lovely chest makeover by Carol from The Red Painted Cottage. The soft white bottom is the perfect color to enhance the planked top.  But the real surprise here is that Carol planked the top of the chest herself. Yep. And she has a post to tell you all about how she did it

Susie and I would love for you to follow us on the Social Media of your choice.
